Quarantined & Comfy
Quarantined day…..I have already lost count. I think it’s only been a week of social distancing but it feels like a year. Luckily I am an introvert so I am hanging in there but man this is tough! I had many ideas for this weeks fashion post but the fact that many of us are working from home right now made me rethink a post about getting dressed up! I am the type of person that adores soft and comfy clothing. I immediately get in comfy clothes when I come home from anything. I am also the type of person that still like to feel put together and cute in my comfy clothes! It makes being a mama who is home most of the time easier if I feel cute! During this time I wanted to give you some ideas, or inspiration for staying comfy but still feel like you are getting read for the day! I put together some of my favorite comfy outfits lately!
The first one is joggers from Aerie and a soft tee from Target. The joggers are a part of a matching set from Aerie that I promise you I will live in for the next two months. It is super light weight and still warm and soft! I went down a size in the shirt, it is a little oversized!
Here is the matching hoodie to create the jogger set. I am in love. It is on major sale right now. RUN.
Yes, I know, another pair of olive green joggers…. but these can be dressed way up or down! They are light and comfy and feel like a mix between a trouser and an actual jogger. They come up over my belly button.
The sweatshirt isn’t actually as cropped as it looks, I tucked the bottom up because I liked the crop feel with the high waisted joggers. The sweatshirt is not fleece on the inside, so a great transitional piece into the spring. Both joggers and sweatshirt are from Target!!
Can we talk about these white boots though…. super comfy and really affordable!! Hurry and snag a pair before they sell out!! They are from Walmart you guys!
For a different outfit, you could always swap out the jogger for a comfier look! These are super cute joggers that belong to a matching set that I’ll show you next, but wanted to give you a different option if you didn’t want the set! I sized up to a medium in the joggers for a longer fit in the legs! I also liked that they are a bit baggier.
